  • Now grind them to get their oil.

To banish dandruff

You can eliminate dandruff by regularly using amla oil along with tulsior basil which makes for an effective anti-dandruff remedy. Also try these basil face packs.

Steps:

  • Grind 10 tulsi leaves and add the mixture to amla oil.

  • Massage it into your scalp.

  • Wash off with shikakai.

To prevent premature greying of hair

Several men and women have grey hair even in their 20s or 30s. (Find out why). While you cannot really reverse this effect, you can certainly prevent the black ones from turning grey with amla oil. Amla lends a rich black hue to your hair.

Steps:

  • Massage your hair with amla oil.

  • Next morning you can wash your hair with a herbal shampoo.

To grow a thick beard

Amla oil helps in increasing hair growth which will help you grow a beard faster. The facial hair growth will also be darker and denser than before.

Steps:

  • Massage amla oil on your face or existing facial hair.

  • Leave it on for 20 minutes and then wash your face with cold water.

  • Repeat this process four times a week to see results.
